Power Wheels

Kit for converting ride-on toys to use power tool batteries.This is fairly easy to wire up, but we can't promise it will work for you or that damage will not occur to the toy.  This is for use at the buyer's risk.  We can likely provide support for wiring, but make no promises.
Includes:- Battery adapter, with built-in power switch and 30A fuse- PWM speed controller- Battery low voltage protection module XH-M609
The labels on the PWM controller are in Chinese, but the right side is for power input and the left side is output.  For the low voltage protection module:Hold the "+" button until the display flashes. 
Set the minimum voltage value.  Wait for display to stop flashingHold the "-" button until the display flashes.Set the hysteresis value.  Wait for the display to stop flashing.
The voltage protection module helps avoid damage to your tool batteries.The PWM speed controller allows the user to set the speed the motor will run - this is a static setting; pressing the pedal will always cause the motor to spin at this speed.  This does NOT allow variation of speed with the pedal.  Doing so requires much more extensive modifications to the vehicle.
We highly suggest adding rubber to the plastic wheels for traction.  There are various ways of doing this but we just use sections of bicycle inner tube fastened with self tapping screws.
